These terms cover your use of this website. Your use of the application itself is covered separately by the licence agreement, which you accept when you install it.

1. Who publishes this site

This website and the Lumina Sanctuary software are published by Brandon Kissinger, an individual, referred to below as "the publisher". The project is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists or any of its organisations.

2. Using the site

You may read this site and download the installer for the purpose of using the software. You may link to it freely.

You may not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to distribute anything harmful. Do not redistribute a modified installer, or offer the software from somewhere else in a way that suggests it came from the publisher.

3. Only download from here

The installer offered on this site is the only copy the publisher stands behind. Copies obtained from download portals, file-sharing sites or forwarded email attachments may have been altered, and the publisher accepts no responsibility for them.

4. Content on the site

The text, screenshots, documentation and design of this site belong to the publisher, except where third-party material is credited on the acknowledgements page. You may quote reasonable extracts with attribution — for example when recommending the software to another congregation — but you may not republish the site wholesale or present its material as your own.

5. Accuracy, and things changing

The site describes the software as it is intended to work. Features change between versions, and documentation can fall behind the build. Nothing here is a promise that a particular feature exists in the copy you have installed, or that it will remain in a future one. The publisher may change or withdraw any part of the site, or the software, at any time.

6. Links to other services

Where this site or the software refers to YouTube, Facebook, Microsoft or any other service, those are run by other people under their own terms. The publisher does not control them and is not responsible for them.

7. No warranty for the site

The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. The publisher does not guarantee it will always be available, or that the download will always work.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which the publisher resides, United States, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
