Getting hold of a human.
Lumina Sanctuary is written and maintained by one person. There is no support desk and no rota. Mail is read and answered as time allows, usually not on a Sabbath.
Something is broken
Bugs, crashes, a panel that will not behave.
A GitHub account is free and takes a minute. Issues are public, which is why the fix reaches the next church too.

A question about using it
Try the manual inside the app first — it is searchable and covers every panel.
If neither answers it, that is a gap in the documentation and worth reporting as one.

Licensing, legal or press
Conference-wide deployment, copyright notices, takedown requests.
Rights holders who would rather not correspond in public should say so in one line, and a private address will be given.

What to include in a bug report
Four lines make the difference between a fix and a long conversation.
- Your app version and whether it is Windows 10 or 11.
- Which panel you were in, and what you pressed.
- What you expected on the screen, and what actually happened.
- The exact wording of any error message, and whether it happens every time.
A photograph of the projector taken on a phone is genuinely useful. So is saying whether it happened mid-service, because that tells me how urgent it is.
Before you write
If a service is starting in ten minutes, do not wait for a reply. Press F9 to blank the screen, fall back to PowerPoint on its own, and get the morning done. Write afterwards.
Feature requests are welcome and are read. Whether one is built depends on whether it helps a volunteer on a Sabbath morning, which is the only test this project applies.
One person reads all of this, around a full-time job and a Sabbath. An issue that says what you pressed and what the screen did will usually be answered within the week. One that says it does not work may not be answerable at all.
